Forward-looking visions – with an instinct for what is possible in the here and now

The international team at KPS avails of more than 30 years of experience – the Kronenburger See holiday park in the Eifel region (130 units) was designed, realised and launched for Danish investors as early as 1983/84 – in the development of major projects featuring holiday property, primarily in Germany and across Europe's key vacation destinations.

A valuable basis for developing and analysing visions: after all, only those who are capable of planning scenarios many years ahead will also be capable of developing plans which offer investors success over the long term.

The best evidence comes in the form of successful projects. With the result that our team has assumed some decisive functions associated with the realisation of many major projects, e.g. Seepark Sellin on Rügen (300 units), Hafendorf Rheinsberg (212 units) and most recently Center Parcs – Park Bostalsee in Saarland with 500 units.

In 2003, KPS was commissioned by Landesentwicklungsgesellschaft Saar mbH to develop Center Parcs – Park Bostalsee, a project with a total volume of approx. EUR 130 million. 10 years passed until the new park was realised and put into operation in summer 2013 – nothing unusual for a major project of this nature.

Currently the development of the new concept GRAPEVINE 51 is in focus - residential resorts in wine-growing areas for the target group over 50 with a project development in the region Vendée in France.
