The Kristensen Group – a 100% subsidiary of KPS Invest based in Aalborg, Denmark – was responsible for realising the residential complex featuring 26 high-quality holiday homes in the coastal resort of Cala Rajada. Kristensen International specialises in high-quality holiday property and second homes in Europe. The company also maintains subsidiaries in Italy, France, Spain and Malta.

The Villas Floridas complex is distinguished from the Spanish real estate market in the form of its high structural quality. All of the houses were designed by the renowned Spanish architect Nicolas Valiente and Jes Edvars, the leading architect at Kristensen Group. An exclusive outdoor living concept was realised with the spacious roof terraces featuring whirlpools and BBQ facilities. All of the houses are grouped around a lush garden with mature trees and two swimming pools.

The international projects pursued by the Kristensen Group are offered and handled with a "Fair Trade" guarantee offering buyers maximum security and transparency. Accordingly, buyers only pay the agreed fixed purchase price once the property is actually complete. The Kristensen Group self-financed the project and merely requested a 10% deposit as security which buyers lodge on a special account and which was counter-guaranteed by the bank on request.
