Grapevine 51
Living where other people spend their holidays: in the form of GRAPEVINE 51, KPS is currently developing exclusive residential and holiday resorts for the 50+ target group.
The so-called "baby-boomers" born in the years 1959 to 1968 are an active and discerning generation in secure financial circumstances for whom KPS has developed an innovative and unique real estate concept: GRAPEVINE 51, a home away from home in the most beautiful wine-growing areas of Europe.
The vision: GRAPEVINE 51 aims to be a neighbourly, park-like resort with facilities such as spas, guest apartments and a service centre. The residential units can be purchased for personal use and/or for letting out to guests. A first site in the French Vendée is currently under examination.
