Investment

Responsibility at KPS is documented in the form of investments.

Assuming investment items is another element of the KPS strategy. Many project partners welcome investment commitment by the respective developers and marketers. At the same time, this offers KPS the possibility to have a direct influence on the development and success of a project right from the start.

One example of this strategy is represented by the new Center Parcs – Park Bostalsee in Saarland where KPS Invest (Deutschland) GmbH holds a 10% participation in the company which built the 500 houses in the park and sold them to private investors in the form of a sale-and-lease-back process.

The majority shareholder is the Center Parcs parent company, the IPO-quoted Pierre & Vacances, Paris. With more than 100,000 holiday properties built and sold since 1967, it is the undisputed market leader in Europe.

Another example is represented by participation by KPS in Korff & Sarstrup GmbH – the initiators of the GRAPEVINE 51 Resorts & Parks.
